Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you create an account or use TalkToCursor Cloud.

Agreement and eligibility
These Terms form an agreement between you and MindSyncTech. By using TalkToCursor Cloud, you confirm that you can enter into this agreement, are at least 13 years old, and will comply with applicable law. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you can bind that organization.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for your account, password, connected devices, and activity. Do not misuse the service, evade limits, interfere with its operation, probe or access systems without permission, violate another person's rights, or use generated speech for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity.
Your content
You retain rights in text and other content you submit. You grant MindSyncTech and its service providers a limited license to process that content only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service. You are responsible for having the rights needed to submit the content.
Subscriptions, taxes, and cancellation
Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Prices and included usage are shown before purchase. Applicable taxes may be added based on your location. You authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method. You may cancel through the customer portal, and access ordinarily continues through the paid period. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy applies.
Service changes and third parties
We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features and may enforce reasonable limits to protect reliability and cost. The service depends on third-party providers, including Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, and Google Cloud. Their availability and terms may affect the service.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material violation of these Terms, security risk, nonpayment, legal requirement, or conduct that threatens the service or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. MindSyncTech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. MindSyncTech's aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for it during the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
Governing law and contact
Florida law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer law requires otherwise. Before filing a claim, please contact MindSyncTech at auth@talktocursor.com so we can try to resolve the issue. We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date.
