Refund and Cancellation Policy
How subscription cancellation, continued access, and refund requests work.

Cancel anytime
You may cancel your TalkToCursor Cloud subscription at any time from the customer portal linked in your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless the service states otherwise, your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refund requests
Subscription charges are generally non-refundable and we do not automatically provide prorated refunds for unused time. MindSyncTech reviews refund requests case by case, including duplicate charges, material service failures, and other exceptional circumstances.
Send a request to auth@talktocursor.com within 14 days of the charge. Include the account email, charge date, and reason for the request, but do not send full card numbers or other sensitive payment information.
Processing and statutory rights
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary. Refunds do not include non-refundable taxes or fees where applicable. Nothing in this policy limits cancellation or refund rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Failed payments and plan changes
Access may be limited after a failed payment. Updating a payment method does not itself cancel a subscription. Any future plan or price change will be disclosed before it applies as required by law.
