Information we collect

We collect account details such as your email address; authentication and security records; subscription status and Stripe customer identifiers; connected-device names, token prefixes, and last-use times; synced voice settings; and usage records such as character counts, request identifiers, timing, and outcome.

Text you ask TalkToCursor to speak is sent to our text-to-speech provider to generate audio. MindSyncTech does not intentionally store spoken text or generated audio in application logs or its database. Payment card details are collected and handled by Stripe, not MindSyncTech.

How we use information

We use this information to provide and secure the service, pair devices, synchronize settings, generate speech, enforce usage limits, process subscriptions, provide support, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Service providers and disclosures

We use Supabase for authentication and data storage, Vercel for hosting, Stripe for billing, and Google Cloud for speech generation. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices. We may also disclose information when legally required or to protect users, the service, or our rights. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. You can revoke device tokens from the dashboard. We use access controls, encrypted transport, and least-privilege credentials, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account information by emailing auth@talktocursor.com. We may retain limited records where required by law or for legitimate security, fraud-prevention, and accounting purposes. You may also have additional rights under the law where you live.

Children and international use

TalkToCursor Cloud is not directed to children under 13. The service is operated from the United States, and information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate.
